How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE to mainland UK.
Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping to countries outside of the UK is calculated at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Items are typically shipped within 2-3 days, but please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Prints and cushions are made to order.. You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately upon successful payment. My goal at Becky Milnor Art is to ship your order as soon as possible.
What do I do if I want to change my order?
Prints and cushions are made to order and the production time is normally 24 hours. If you wish to change your order please email me ASAP on info@beckymilnorart.com and if possible I will amend your order. If your order has already been processed and is in production then changes cannot be made.
I have not received my package what should I do?
If you do not receive your pacakage within the estimated delivery time, please drop me an email (info@beckymilnorart.com) and I will investigate the matter immediately. I guarantee a 100% Full Refund if you do not receive your order.
What do I do if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP by emailing info@beckymilnorart.com. If the product is damaged please take a photo of the damaged area and email me the photo. I will review the photo and if appropriate a replacement item will be sent out to you at no extra cost. If you have initiated the return after the 14 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
What do I do if my order arrives and is damaged in transit?
If your product arrives damaged in transit please contact me immediately for further assistance by emailing info@beckymilnorart.com. Please take photos of the damaged areas so that I can review the damaged product. Following my review (and if delivery is deemed to be the cause of the damage) I will orgaise for a replacement product to be sent to you at no extra cost.
